Payment for Services

The Executive Order on Payment for Services Provided by the Danish Foreign Service and the current fees for the services of the Danish embassies can be found on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark.

The fees are adjusted at the beginning of every year.

List of Fees for Consular Services and Other Matters as of 1 January 2024. The fees are given in Euro and Russian Rubles.

The Embassy of Denmark in Moscow only accepts cash payment in Russian Rubles.

Fees related to residence and work permits should be paid online via the webshop of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Denmark. Fees related to visa application should be paid online via the visa application system ApplyVisa.
